At its core, music is energy — the kind that moves across traditions, across histories, crossing borders no language can. Something felt before it is understood. 音乐的本质是能量，一种穿越传统与历史、跨越任何语言所无法逾越之边界的力量。在被理解之前，它已被感受。
We believe that cultural encounter, at its most genuine, happens through shared practice. Not explanation, not exhibition — but the slow work of playing together, listening together, and discovering what emerges in between. 我们相信，真正的文化相遇发生在共同的实践之中。不是解释，不是展演，而是共同演奏、共同聆听，以及在此之间涌现的一切。
Resonance Across Cultures convenes musicians, institutions, and audiences through shared musical practice across traditions. Resonance Across Cultures汇聚音乐家、机构与观众，在跨越传统的共同音乐实践中相遇。

Behind every RAC season is a community — international producers, local coordinators, performing musicians, and the members of our Advisory Council. Different backgrounds, one shared conviction. 每一个RAC演出季背后，是一个由国际制作人、当地协调团队、演奏音乐家与顾问委员会成员共同构成的群体。不同的背景，同一个信念。
Founded Resonance Across Cultures to create sustained space for cross-cultural music-making. Oversees RAC's artistic direction, strategy, and partnerships. 创立Resonance Across Cultures，致力于为跨文化音乐创造持久的空间。负责RAC的艺术方向、整体战略及合作事务。
Holds final artistic authority across all RAC programmes. Leads rehearsals and directs performances, and sets the musical standard of the organisation in collaboration with the Founder. 负责RAC所有项目的最终艺术决策，主持排练并执棒演出，与创始人共同确立组织的音乐标准。
Leads production coordination and on-site operations for RAC's activity periods. Manages rehearsal schedules, production timelines, and artist logistics, working alongside the local team to deliver each season. 负责RAC活动期间的制作统筹与现场运营，管理排练日程、制作时间线及音乐家后勤事务，与本地团队共同保障每个演出季的顺利进行。
Three evenings bringing together works from the Western classical tradition and Chinese folk music, performed by an ensemble of international and local musicians.
三场音乐之夜，汇聚西方古典传统与中国民间音乐，由国际与北京本地音乐家共同演绎。
